Modalities

My treatment approaches include:

AEDP (Accelerted Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), which is a Relational attachment-based, healing-oriented model; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing); Parts work, Polyvagal theory informed somatic interventions; Heart Based Therapy. I also employ CBT and Motivational Interviewing, depending on each session's specific needs.

 

We will work collaboratively and find the most optimal method(s) for you; this is your journey we are on as a team, where mutual respect and sincerity are the essential building blocks to healing.
